To process any transit damage claims, the original packaging must be retained. Images of the goods and packaging must be provided to the support team to validate the damage claims.

Delivery Info

As soon as you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirming the details of your order and estimated dispatch date.

If your item is arranged with a general courier, you will receive an email with tracking links as soon as your item has been dispatched from our Warehouse to our delivery partner. The courier will then contact you to provide an estimated time frame for delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

Original Packaging: 

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories. This ensures the item is protected during transit and can be resold as new. 

Photos for Approval:

  • Customers are required to provide photos of the packaged item before collection. These photos help ensure that the item is ready for safe transit and will avoid the risk of rejection by the carrier. 

Shipping Costs:

  • Original delivery and return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Charges depend on delivery location and package size.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as 'Final Sale,' 'Ex Display,' 'Online Only,' 'Special Order', or 'Made To Order' are not eligible for return or refund. 

Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once returned products are inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
