Delivery Cut-off Dates
For the best chance of receiving your delivery before Christmas & New Years, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. Orders placed up until the cut off dates below will be the last possible chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas.**
** While we and our couriers endeavour to meet these delivery times, please keep in mind that your location and order size will ultimately impact the speed of your delivery. Shipping will take longer than normal during courier & removalist closure periods.**
Orders placed after the cut off times indicated are not guaranteed to be dispatched under our usual shipping time frames or delivered by the estimated times provided by the courier. If you receive a shipping confirmation email during this time, this indicates we have processed your order which will be collected by the courier once operations resume.

Please note that our delivery cut-off dates applies to “In Stock” items only. Additional delivery time is required for "Special Order" and "Online Only".

Pickup Cut-off Dates
Collection is available from our Melbourne Warehouse must be organised before 19th December 2024. See collection times here: MON - FRI from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
All pick-ups must be pre-arranged prior to collection. Please email sales@interiorsecrets.com.au to book a collection date.
